  • Re: Synergy Sub 10 Dead after 7 days

    We hooked up our new Synergy Sub 12 (bought from Best Buy 12/21) and it blew a fuse on 12/23. So, today, we installed the new fuse and the sub is still dead (it just blew the fuse) ... nothing was hooked up to it even. Our new surround sound system was our Christmas present and it's already broke .....

  • SW-15

    I have 2 SW-15's that have developed issues. One has the sound of crackling in it about every 15-20 seconds and the other has a thump that just randomly occurs. Both continue to play. Anyone else had anything like this. Thanks for the help. Soundman
