    Five minutes after posting this complaint I got a note from Elliot saying he was sending my amp today and provided a tracking number. I've edited out the details and will report back on repair after I receive it. I also had a failing Promedia Ultra 5.1 sub and based on recommendations in this message...

    I am happy for you for getting a great price it pays to shop around. Klipsch speakers are great speakers, but they do have a flaw from manufacturing where they produce to much heat in a enclosed box. I would suggest going to this link and buying the upgrade kit so you will have many years of great sound...

    Hello. Klipsch Pro Media 5.1 UItra I had my amp repaired by elliot-tronics back in June 2008 (took a while but the repair was successful). It seems to have partially died again this week: no subwoofer bass. What should come over the subwoofer comes out on the front channel. Looking at your post...

    I have the ProMedia Ultra 5.1 and whatever the 4.1 system is called. 4.1 runs perfect, no issues.
