    hi there - new here, and yes, I have a iFi that is having the same problems with the iPod dock/volume. I think many have been asking the wrong questions here for some time. The issue is, what specifically is causing the problem and what can users do to rectify that problem. It's no benefit to speculate...

    Bottom line is that there is a flaw or issue with the docking system. If you read a report here and you can read about 50 or 10 people that have issues, truest me multiply that by 100 or more for the ones that don't use the net, or know they're outside the warrantee and can't do anything...

    So I guess no one has a solution to this problem. I guess we all have a $350 set of magnets to stick on our refrigerator. Quite frankly, I have never been treated so poorly by a company. And to see some of the problems people have had with Klipsch on this forum, I think we should all boycott the...
