  • Re: What makes a good center between Cornwalls?

As you probably know, there is a "vertical Cornwall" available from time-to-time on the used market, but they're not available new anymore. I supposed you could make a vertical Cornwall by replacing the front face of an older Cornwall with the vertical configuration, but this might be challenging...

  • Synergy C-3 vs. RC-52 or RC-62

I have a pair of Synergy F-3 speakers, and I'm looking for a center channel. (Preferably one where I can understand movie dialog better than my current Infinity. ) There's a hole in the wall big enough for the Synergy C-2, but I could cut a bigger hole if necessary to fit the C-3. And if I'm...

  • RC-7 V.S. RC-62 - Has anyone compared these speakers?

Hello everyone, Has anyone had a chance to compare these two speakers RC-7 and the RC-62 ? If so, is there a big difference in how they sound. I'm buying for my RF-3's (front), rc-3II (center), Definitive UIW RSS II (rears) and Denon 3808CI. Home theater and music. The rc-3 can't keep up...

  • Speakers to add to Klipsh ForteII for Home Theater System

I have had my Forte's in storage for over three years, and just recently purchased a home and finally have room to set these up. My goal is to use them as part of a 5.1 system for a home theater system to watch movies. Here is what I have so far: a Pioneer 1014TX receiver, a pair of Klipsch ForteII...

  • Help desiging system with inwalls with C-62 center

I've been scratching my head for a while and cant come up with a setup. I have a large open room aprox 25x30 of which half is dedicated to the kitchen and the rest family room. I can go with a non-inwall center but rest must be inwalls. What would be the best match for the C62center for inwalls?...

  • Adding speakers to KSB 3.1 for Home Theater

Hi, I have been using the KSB 3.1 speakers for about 10 years and now that I have bought a home theater receiver I would like to add additional speakers to enjoy a better sound as the KSB lack deep bass and are "just" shelf speakers. Which speaker should I add next? Center, Sub, Rear? I would...

  • SOLD For Sale - KV-4 center channel (sold)

I got a few on these and I am using one as the rear center in my semi-heritage HT. It's just a little larger than my Academy center and has a nice clean sound to it. These KV-4s are in good shape, here is the stock picture and a link to the specs: http://www.klipsch.com/products/discontinued/details...

  • Re: Center and Surrounds for Heritage System

I like option 4, everything matches sonically, in every detail. Option 2 is also pretty cool, but I was never a big Cornwall fan. I just inherited a pair of 1962 Khorns and a 1962 Heresy center, not the great match it was designed to be, the other problem is that the corners are 30' apart. How about...

  • RC-35 Mount

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a good swivel mount for a RC-35? I need it to angle to about 45 degrees from the wall (I have a very, very strangely shaped room). I would get a normal bracket system and put shims in, but I think that'd look tacky and cheap due to my construction abilities...

  • Synergy C-1???

I have F-2's for the mains and running quintets for the center and in the back for my surrounds all powered by my Sony DG910. My question is will the C-1 make a big difference and match well with the F-2's or should I have just bought the C-2. My problem is that the C-2 is to big for my space...
