  • buyer beware!

    I purchased the IFi system about a year ago. It worked great and sounded great. I thought it was a great product. About 4 months ago I was having problems (see: http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/807267.aspx ). And about a month later the speakers were completely unusable, I couldnt even use them...

  • remote problem: iGroove & RUDE customer service

    My husband purchased the iGroove SXT as a present for me for Xmas and the remote has not worked. Replaced batteries still nothing. Went to the Klipsch Forum site and discovered that this is an on-going issue with this IR remote and many consumers have gone through SEVERAL remotes. I contacted Support...

    We have the greatest customer support team ever. Really. Ever. This small group assists every Klipsch, Jamo, Energy and Mirage caller on the planet. Either they are that good, or the products are. I'm thinking both.
