    If your soldering skills are good it wouldn't be too hard to make one yourself. You will need six DPDT relays, a 12V DC Adaptor, a power jack, a switch, 18 RCA jacks, and an enclosure to mount it on. You'll probably want a couple of LED's to know which one you've got selected too. To make life easier...
