  • UNUSUAL Dual Klipsch RW-12D subs in ProBox w/ new 1000W Kenwood Amp

    Purchased these from a list of Craig's awhile back. Was told these were built/modified by former employee, but cannot verify. I can say the box hits hard and tight. It a sealed enclosure approx 80-90lbs. Alas, I use all the space in my 4runner more than I thought. WIll post pics if any interest....

  • Crossover settings and LFE advice

    So I read somewhere that if you have large speakers in the front, the "rule" is to leave the setting at small on your reciever. Is this true? Why? Where can I read up on this? As for LFE, is the the lower the hz setting the lower or boomie the bass and the higher the more punch or thud? Provided...

    Alright, any opinions on the M&K V75 MKII? It was a $600 sub back in the day, and it's sealed so is probably more musical (tight) than the JBL's. The Klipsch is pretty expensive for me, so I think I'll just bring the M&K into my room and replace it with the sony sub we have sitting...

    Ok, so here's my setup... Recever: Onkyo TX-SR605, Front Speakers: Klipsch (Synergy) F-3, Rear Surrounds: Advent Pearls No center speaker, but the F-3's create a very good "Phantom" Center in my opinion. Anyway, my question is would it be better to go with 2 JBL SUB-12's or 1 Klipsch...
